How do you guys ship?

With extreme care! We know how important it is to receive your pop in great condition, that’s why we bubble wrap and box every order.

How can i change or edit my order after placing it?

You can use the contact form to get in touch with a member of the team. Please include your order number and the date you placed the order. Alterations to your order could include things like changing pen colour.

When can I expect to recieve my item?

All items will be dispatched to you after the signing has taken place. Please allow 2 weeks to receive your items after we have arrived back from the signing. Your tracking will be sent to you via email.

What if something isn’t right with my order?

How should i ship my item?

We advise you ship your items track or signed for and packed very well. If you are sending a Funko Pop we advise you to send it flat packed to avoid damage.

How long does it take?

All orders will be dispatched within 48 working hours of purchase - if you’re in the UK we use Royal Mail Tracked 48, if you’re anywhere else our courier estimates between 3-7 days.

Can i send my own pen and item to be signed?

Yes, send in options can be found as one of the options when placing your order. There is no need to send in your own pen unless you are sending in an item with a unique surface that requires a specific pen. We have a broad range of paint pens and markers with varying thickness.

When and where will a signing take place?

We will announce when signings will take place, however for security reasons we cannot reveal where the signing will be taking place.

How can I track my order?

Upon shipping you’ll receive an email with the exact tracking info and delivery company.

Will a Signing Sell Out?

Signings have a very high chance of selling out, we will always announce on our Instagram, Facebook and Discord when a signing is close to selling out. We advise placing an order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, please select the correct postage for your item, any additional costs will be invoiced.

Can I watch my item get signed?

Unfortunately we are not allowed to film private signings. We will take plenty of photos throughout the signing and these will be uploaded to social media. A signing may take place live on Whatnot which will be announced prior.
